HUMOUR ME IS OUT NOW
WHO ARE WE?
Lessons in Crime is a band from Ottawa, ON comprised of two fellas named Liam Schwisberg, on vocals, guitar and piano, and Paolo Pace, taking care of the drums, keys, and harmonies. Some have called them "Alternative-Orchestral-Synth-Pop-Dark-Rock," and others have called them a couple of cool dudes. It was them. They called themselves that. But some have agreed. And they swore they would stop writing in the third person. But here they are. After a year of playing local shows, they have developed a reputation for being amusingly theatrical and energetic, often incorporating humorous segments into their live shows and switching between instruments on the fly. They're currently in the process of recording their debut album, set for release in 2018.
BAND NAME MEANING
Sometimes mistakes can feel like the end of the world, so I just wanted this to be a reminder that in the midst of panicking about whatever went wrong, it's important to remember that you can use those mistakes as an opportunity to better yourself as a person for the next time you're faced with a similar situation.
